Thank You for Supporting the

Kelly McGaughey Roseberry PT Service Award

The Shenandoah University Physical Therapy program has renamed The Physical Therapy Service Award in memory of alumna Dr. Kelly McGaughey Roseberry '10, a past award recipient. This renaming honors Kelly's dedication to service, reflecting her commitment to helping others. Kelly's upbringing in a military family instilled a profound appreciation for veterans and their families. Her clinical experiences at SU sparked her interest in adaptive sports within military settings. After earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2010, Kelly gained extensive experience at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Walter Reed National Medical Center, where she focused on amputee care and the adaptive community. She later joined the Travis Mills Foundation, making a significant impact as Vice President for Programs. Kelly's contributions extended to teaching in the Physical Therapy program and involvement in veteran-centered nonprofits and adapted sports. Her legacy will endure, continuing to inspire and benefit others.
